„Piglet Case“

The „Piglet Case“ was developed in July 2014 by Marcus Elmerhaus to get a workable construction for putting down unweaned piglets up to 5 kg.
This construction is a carriage which ensures a great agility in the staple due to its flexible use.

In case a piglet is ill or injured and the slaughtering is unavoidable the animal is fixed with its head in the provided equipment and will be stunned with an accurate blow.
After controlling the ocular reflex the piglet can be fixed in the ring for bleeding.
A special console enables the user to perform the necessary operations.

„Piglet-Box“

With the same range of functions we are offering the Piglet-Box for smaller working farms.
This box can be displayed or attached on a wall.

Both, the Piglet-Case and the Piglet Box, satisfy the legal requirements of The European Community for the welfare of animals when slaughtering and The German Animal Welfare Act.
At the same time it is very workable and user-friendly.
